After the horrific situation with Corona in UP and after the High Court was ordered to impose the entire lockdown several times, UP Government has decided to extend the lockdown for two more days. Now 6 May means will remain captive till 7 in the morning on Thursday.
Let us tell you that before this, the lockdown was declared from eight o’clock on Friday evening to seven o’clock on Tuesday morning, which has been extended for two more days. These orders have been given by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in a meeting with Team-9.
On April 29, the Yogi government had decided to lock down the state in the evening from eight o’clock on Friday to seven o’clock in the morning and today, on May 3, it has been extended for two more days. Which shows how difficult things are getting in UP.
In fact, the Allahabad High Court, while hearing the situation of Corona in the state recently, said that the lockdown of two days was inadequate, saying that the government has imposed a lockdown of two days to break the chain of infection as well as other restrictions as per its discretion. Have been applied but in view of new cases of infection, it looks futile. These measures seem inadequate. The High Court had said that the long lockdown was necessary for the state. This decision of the government is being seen from the eyes of the High Court’s order.
On April 16, a 35-hour lockdown was announced.
Even before this, the state government had announced the imposition of a 35-hour lockdown on April 16, which was applicable from eight o’clock on Saturday night till seven o’clock in the morning. However, the amendment was again decided to lockdown from eight o’clock on Friday night to seven o’clock on Monday.
Along with this, the State Government has given strict action against those who do not wear masks. Those exiting without a mask will be fined one thousand rupees for the first time. For the second time, you will have to pay a 10 times more fine. The State Government directed to strictly follow the Corona Protocol.
