New Delhi: The Shiv Sena has said that the Election Commission and the Central Government are responsible for the second wave of Corona infection in India. The party said that the Center is busy in contesting elections in Bengal, if it had focused its attention on the fight against the corona virus, the situation would have been under control.

Corona virus has caused outrage in the country. More than two lakh new infection cases are being reported every day. Corona records are also seen in West Bengal. The Shiv Sena has targeted the Center and the Election Commission for this.

Due to the increasing cases of Corona, the Commission issued new guidelines

The Election Commission held a meeting with all the parties on Friday amid a record increase in Corona cases in the country and the state of West Bengal. After the meeting, the Election Commission issued several new rules. After the all-party meeting, the Election Commission reduced the period of campaigning in the remaining phases of the assembly elections. The Election Commission has said that the election campaign time has been limited to 7 pm. There will be no election campaign from 7 pm to 10 am.

In the same way, the period of stopping the noise of the campaign before the polling has also been increased from 48 hours to 72 hours. That is, now the campaign will stop three days before the voting. The new rules will apply in the three phases of voting that remain after the Saturday assembly elections in Bengal. With this, all political parties have been asked to present a better example to the public and also follow the Corona Guidelines themselves.

Record cases in the country in the last 24 hours

In the last 24 hours, 2 lakh 34 thousand 692 new corona cases have come and 1341 infected people have lost their lives. However 1 lakh 23 thousand 354 people have also recovered from Corona.
